Once finished, our herds become raw material which, after processing, renders a product in which we take pride. Slaughter is carried out in our own plant, located in Salto, in the north of the country, equipped with the most modern facilities.
There we achieve a slaughtered product complying with international standards, to which we have incorporated delicate technological processes, concerning: varieties of cuts, presentations, flavours and packaging according to the uses and customs of the different markets.
